QA / QC Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
• Documentation: Develop and maintain quality records, reports, SOPs, and inspection logs.
• Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Team Collaboration: Work with production, R&D, and other departments to address concerns and improve processes.
• Training: Educate and train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare quality metrics, audit findings, and reports for management.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement in quality, waste reduction, and efficiency
