Job Description
*JD*
- Conduct quality inspections of piling, foundation, reinforcement, and concrete works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect construction materials and coordinate laboratory testing as required.
- Assist in implementing QA/QC plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
- Monitor concrete quality, reinforcement placement, and piling activities.
- Coordinate pile integrity tests, load tests, and other quality tests where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and quality records.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, clients, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project-specific quality requirements.
*Required Skills*
- Knowledge of civil construction QA/QC procedures and inspection methods.
- Understanding of piling, foundation works, concrete testing, and material inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC documentation and quality control standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
