Job Description
⚠️ Please read before applying: This is a SALES role, not a digital marketing job. Your job is to bring clients and close deals. Once client is onboard then our team handles all the execution.

- Branding, Logo & Creative Design

- Meta (Insta, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc..), Google & Other Paid Advertising
- Lead Generation
- Video & Creative Production
- Chat Automation
Your Role
- Find businesses that need digital marketing or website services
- Pitch our services and understand client requirements
- Negotiate and close the deal
- Hand over the project to our team. We do the complete execution and delivery.
You can close deals through calls, video meetings or in-person meetings, whatever works for you. Work from anywhere. What matters is closed deals.
What You Get
💰 Commission: 10% to 20% (depending on project type and size) on our agency fees for every closed and paid project (not applicable on ad spend paid to Meta/Google)
💸 Payout: Within 10 days of client payment
🔁 Recurring commission on monthly retainer clients, for as long as the client stays with us
📁 Support: Portfolio, pricing sheet and proposal templates from our team

Who Should Apply
✅ You have experience in sales or deal closing (any industry)
✅ You have a business network or know how to find clients
✅ You are comfortable working on a commission-only model
Who Should NOT Apply
❌ If you are looking for a fixed salary job
Important: This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed salary. Commission is paid only on closed deals where the client has made the payment.
