Cook / Chef

We are looking for an energetic, multi-tasking Café Staff / Team Member to manage the daily operations of our waffle shop. In this role, you will be the face of the shop—handling everything from preparing delicious waffles and beverages to managing customer billing, cleaning, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day store activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Shop Operations: Manage opening and closing activities of the shop, monitor raw material stock levels, and coordinate daily shop tasks.

• Waffle Making & Food Prep: Prepare and serve high-quality waffles, desserts, shakes, and other menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Billing & Cash Handling: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and handle the POS (Point of Sale) billing system and cash/digital transactions.

• Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, dining, and counter areas. Clean kitchen equipment (waffle irons, blenders) regularly.

• Customer Service: Provide polite, friendly, and efficient service to ensure an excellent experience for every customer.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in a café, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or bakery is a plus.

• Skills: Basic communication skills, customer-handling capabilities, and a positive attitude.

• Shifts: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Personal Hygiene: High standards of personal grooming, cleanliness, and food safety awareness.
