• Assist customers at the sales counter and understand their beauty product requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage, and suitability to customers.
• Recommend suitable beauty products based on customer needs.
• Generate sales through effective customer interaction and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales counter remains organized.
• Support day-to-day store sales and basic store management activities.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Female candidate with minimum 6 months of experience in counter sales, beauty products, or retail sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of beauty products and customer requirements.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a store environment.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, as per skill & experience
• Incentives: ₹16,000+ as per performance
