At Silent Infotech, We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Sales & Support team for Remi8.ai, an AI-powered device. The role involves handling customer queries, generating sales, following up with leads, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain Remi8 products and features.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries/issues.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable with calling and sales activities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
• Fluent English communication is preferred.
• For experienced candidates, prior experience in customer support, telesales, inside sales, or field sales will be an advantage.
