Job Description
- Job Description: Solar EPC – B2C Sales & Marketing ExecutiveExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar industry.
- Generate leads for residential rooftop solar installations through field sales, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Identify potential customers and conduct site visits and customer meetings.
- Explain solar solutions, system capacity, electricity savings, ROI, and subsidy benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports and CRM records.
- Required Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and target-oriented sales skills.
