We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer
Northern Atlantic | Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Experience: 1–2 years
Northern Atlantic is looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with developers and project teams to design websites, mobile apps, and software that are easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate project requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
* Design responsive interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and dashboards.
* Create and maintain reusable components, design systems, and style guides.
* Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
* Improve designs based on feedback and usability findings.
* Prepare organised Figma files and clear developer handoffs.
* Review implemented screens to ensure design consistency and quality.
Skills & Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
* Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and prototyping.
* Strong understanding of typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
* Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centred design principles.
* Ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with developers.
* A portfolio demonstrating your design process and completed work.
Good to have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, micro-interaction design, and experience designing SaaS products or e-commerce websites.
