Baking Magic is a homegrown bakery in Gangtok, Sikkim, established in 2016 and known for our celebration cakes, custom cakes, desserts and handcrafted baked products.
We’re growing our team and looking for passionate, experienced professionals to help us create, develop and build the next chapter of Baking Magic.
SENIOR BAKER
Develop & standardise bread and bun recipes
Create new speciality & artisanal products
Lead daily bread production & quality
Develop SOPs and production systems
Train and guide the bakery team
Help build our B2B restaurant bread & bun range
