About the Role

Bactoclean India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Field Sales Executive to expand its RO and water purifier spare parts business across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit RO spare parts shops, retailers, wholesalers and distributors across the assigned territory.
• Develop new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹10 lakh.
• Generate repeat orders and expand Bactoclean’s dealer network.
• Handle order booking, payment collection and outstanding follow-ups.
• Conduct regular market visits and submit daily sales reports.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in RO, water purifier, electrical, plumbing or spare parts distribution preferred.
• Strong dealer development, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Company-approved travel, petrol and outstation expenses as per policy.
