Job Description

  • Enter and maintain sales and purchase transactions in Tally Prime
  • Manage inventory records including stock in/out, item-wise tracking, and reconciliation
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and purchase orders accurately
  • Assist in vendor and customer account management
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, purchases, and stock levels
  • Support senior accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting/finance
  • Practical knowledge of Tally Prime (sales, purchase, inventory modules)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • good in excel
