Job Description
- Enter and maintain sales and purchase transactions in Tally Prime
- Manage inventory records including stock in/out, item-wise tracking, and reconciliation
- Prepare invoices, bills, and purchase orders accurately
- Assist in vendor and customer account management
- Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, purchases, and stock levels
- Support senior accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting/finance
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime (sales, purchase, inventory modules)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- good in excel
