Job Description

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in BUSY Software.
  • Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
  • Manage GST entries, input tax credit (ITC), and GST reports.
  • Handle purchase, sales, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepare trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
  • Maintain inventory and stock records, where applicable.
  • Assist with GST return preparation and monthly financial reporting.
