Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory and legal regulations.
3. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
4. Provide guidance on tax planning and optimization.
5. Assist senior accountants with internal audits and financial reviews.
6. Apply sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
7. Manage and maintain accounting records specific to e-commerce operations.
8. Perform bank and branch reconciliations.
9. Prepare stock statements and reports required by banking institutions.
10. Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally (including TDLs & TCP files).
11. Strong working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations and filings.
12. Experience with E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing procedures.
13. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
14. Good verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
