X2 nutrition zone is a company based out of GF 52 CITY PLAZA, Gaur City 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Records & Ledgers: Maintain daily transaction records, general ledgers, and handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in line with contractual terms.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
  • Collections & Follow-ups: Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up professionally with clients on overdue balances.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income/cash flow statements) and month-end routines (accruals, prepayments).
  • Compliance & Audits: Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and provide documentation for internal/external audits.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with sales or management to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify contract terms.
