Job Description

Prepare sales bills/invoices in BUSY.

Enter and maintain purchase bills.

Maintain and reconcile customer & supplier ledgers.

Handle payment follow-ups and outstanding amounts.

Maintain cash, bank, sales, purchase and expense entries.

Assist with GST and other accounting work.

Maintain proper records and documents.

Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding accounts and payments.
