Job Description
Job Position: Account Executive
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day billing and accounting activities.
• Prepare invoices, maintain accounts, and manage basic reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for billing and payment-related matters.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in billing and accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, particularly(Tally).
• Experience in Customs Broker, Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
