Billing Executive

●      Generate and manage invoices using Tally Prime

●      Create and print barcodes and product labels

●      Prepare and generate E-way bills

●      Maintain accurate billing records and documentation

●      Handle day-to-day billing operations and coordinate with the dispatch team

●      Work on Excel sheets for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting

●      Perform regular data entry and record maintenance in Excel

●      Process orders and billing through e-commerce dashboards

●      Generate shipping labels and manifests via logistics platforms

●      Coordinate daily with courier partners for pickups and deliveries

●      Handle and maintain petty cash records and expenses

●      Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and billing details

●      Coordinate with accounts and operations team for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Experience

●      Minimum 3 years of experience in billing/accounting roles

●      Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime

●      Good command over Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling)

●      Experience in barcode generation and label printing

●      Knowledge of E-way bill generation process

●      Ability to manage courier coordination and basic accounts tasks

●      High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

●      Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as:

●      Myntra

●      Ajio

●      Tata Cliq

●      Shopify

●      Familiarity with logistics platforms like Shiprocket

●      Prior experience in fashion, retail, or apparel industry
