Salary & Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Fixed) + Travel/Fuel Allowance + Attractive Performance Incentives per Closed Deal

Required Industry Experience:

We are looking for candidates with 2 to 6 years of proven field sales / business development experience in any of the following sectors:

 * Smart Home Automation / Touch Panels & Switches

 * Architectural & Commercial Lighting

 * CCTV, Security Systems, Video Door Phones & Smart Locks

 * Modular Kitchens, Interior Fittings & Premium Building Materials

 * Consumer Electronics / HVAC / Electrical Hardware Sales

Key Skills & Eligibility:

 * Sales & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently present and negotiate with premium villa owners, interior designers, architects, and hotel managers.

 * Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel/Word, email etiquette, and preparing professional quotations/proposals on a laptop or tablet.

 * Closing Capability: Result-driven approach with a sharp focus on following up with qualified leads and successfully closing deals.

 * Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi with basic/working proficiency in written and spoken English.

 * Mobility Requirement: Must possess a valid driving license and an own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field travel.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Lead Conversion: Promptly connect with inbound digital leads (from Google and Meta ads), understand client requirements, and schedule site meetings.

 * On-Site Consultation: Visit residential flats, luxury villas, hotels, and commercial sites to conduct site surveys and demonstrate smart switches, touch panels, smart locks, and motorized curtain solutions.

 * Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and customized quotations for clients using standard pricing templates.

 * Deal Closure: Handle objections, perform regular follow-ups, align payment terms, and secure final booking advances.

 * Channel Partnering: Build and nurture relationships with local Architects, Interior Designers, and Electrical Contractors to generate high-value referral projects.
