Business Development & Sales Executive – Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, explaining our ERP/software services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales and client handling.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with new leads
• Explain company products/services to schools and educational institutions
• Handle client calls, emails, and meetings
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
• Give product demonstrations when required
• Visit schools/institutions for client meetings and product presentations
• Field visits for lead generation and client follow-ups

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
• Experience in sales will be preferred
