Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, controlling inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.

Supervise, train, and motivate café staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily purchases.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and expenses.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Prepare sales and operational reports for management.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.

Control food wastage and operational costs.

Ensure all café equipment is properly maintained.

Implement company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality management.

Strong knowledge of café/restaurant operations.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Good leadership and team-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing/POS systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience managing a café, restaurant, bakery, or QSR.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Strong understanding of inventory and cost control.

Experience in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Positive, energetic, and responsible attitude.
