Job Description

Prepare authentic and Indo-Chinese dishes as per restaurant recipes and standards.

Handle wok cooking, frying, sautéing, and preparation of Chinese sauces.

Prepare dishes such as Fried Rice, Hakka Noodles, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chicken, Manchurian, soups, and other Chinese items.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

Manage daily ingredient preparation and maintain proper stock levels.

Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.

Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
