Continental Cook

We are looking for a skilled Continental Cuisine Chef who has hands-on experience in preparing pizza, burgers, pasta, shakes, and fresh juices. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, kitchen hygiene, and efficient preparation of menu items as per company standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook continental dishes such as pizza, burgers, pasta, and other fast food items.
• Prepare beverages including milkshakes, mocktails, and fresh juices.
• Maintain taste, presentation, and consistency of all menu items.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
• Manage ingredient preparation (mise en place) before service hours.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels of raw materials.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control to minimize wastage.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and high customer demand.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Required SkillsExperience in pizza making (dough handling, baking, toppings).
• Knowledge of burger assembly and frying techniques.
• Ability to prepare different types of pasta sauces.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (shakes and juices).
• Ability to maintain speed and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen.
• QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in continental or fast-food kitchen.
• Experience working in cafes, QSRs, or restaurant kitchens preferred.
