Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and queries professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a polite and professional communication style.
  • Maintain basic customer records and update information when required.
  • Achieve assigned performance and service targets.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills – both speaking and understanding are required.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
  • Good listening and customer-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Salary will be decided based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
