Delivery Executive

Job Title: Pronto Delivery Partner / Delivery ExecutiveSalary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Base Pay + On-Time & Order-Based Incentives) Location: Ghaziabad Work Type: Full-time (Shift-based schedule)Role Overview:As a Delivery Partner at Pronto, you will be responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering household goods, fast-fulfillment orders, and parcels to residential and commercial customers. Operating out of a designated local hub, you will ensure high-speed, safe, and accurate deliveries using app-based navigation. Key Responsibilities:Order Delivery: Pick up assigned packages from local hubs and safely deliver them to customer locations within designated timeframes. Route Optimization: Use the Pronto Partner App and GPS tools to navigate optimal delivery routes, bypassing traffic to maintain fast delivery metrics. Package Handling: Inspect, organize, and load packages into delivery bags or vehicles carefully to prevent damage during transit. Customer Service: Interact courteously with customers upon delivery, process digital or cash payments (when applicable), and capture electronic proof of delivery. Order & Vehicle Logging: Complete daily delivery logs through the app, report any damaged/missing items, and ensure your delivery vehicle is kept clean and maintained. Key Requirements:Education & Experience: 10th/12th pass preferred; 0–2 years of experience in courier, food, or e-commerce delivery roles. Vehicle & License: Valid Driving License (DL) along with access to a 2-wheeler (bike/scooter/EV). Smartphone & Tech: Android smartphone with an active internet connection to process orders via the Pronto Partner App. Documentation: Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, active bank account, and vehicle RC/insurance. Skills: Strong local route knowledge, basic time-management skills, good communication skills, and physical stamina for field operations. Benefits & Perks:Guaranteed monthly base income along with high-volume order incentives. Fuel/EV charging allowances or access to company-provided EV options. Accidental insurance and health coverage benefits.Access to Pronto Hub rest facilities (charging points, clean washrooms, and break lounges).
