Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, content briefs, backlink outreach, GSC/GA4 monitoring, rank tracking
  • Social Media: content calendar, organic posting (IG/LinkedIn/FB/X/YouTube Shorts/Reels), community management, hashtag/trend research, engagement-rate optimization
  • Manage, and schedule social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic
  • Cross-link SEO content strategy with social distribution
  • Track KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, engagement rate, follower growth, social-to-site conversion
  • Competitor content/social gap analysis
  • Basic content writing/copywriting (captions, meta descriptions, blog outlines)
  • Report monthly: SEO progress + social performance, tied to business goals (leads/sales, not just vanity metrics)
