Job Profile: Electrician / Installation Technician

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 / month + Incentives/Conveyance (Experience ke according)
Working Hours: Regular Site Hours
Key Responsibilities (Kaam kya karna hoga):
1. Smart Home & Lighting Installation:
Smart Touch Switches, Smart Relays, Dimmer Switches aur Motorized Curtain Tracks ki wiring aur installation.
Smart Home Products ko Smart Life / Tuya app ke saath configure aur pair karna.
2. Electrical Wiring & Troubleshooting:
Residential aur Commercial sites par complete electrical wiring, switchboard fitting, aur MCB panel work.
Electrical fault finding, neutral-phase check, aur voltage troubleshooting karna.
3. Site Inspection & Coordination:
Installation se pehle site visit karke existing wiring check karna aur client ko guidance dena.
Sales team aur clients ke saath polite way mein coordination rakhna.
4. Post-Installation Demo & Support:
Project complete hone ke baad client ko smart switch/app ka demo dena aur basic guidance dena.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Education: ITI in Electrical / Diploma or Equivalent Practical Experience.
Experience: 1 - 3 saal ka electrical wiring aur fitting ka experience. (Smart Home Products ya Smart Switches ka basic knowledge mandatory/preferred).
Skills Needed:
Multi-meter, tester, drill machine aur electrical tools handle karne ki complete samajh.
Neutral wiring, Phase-Neutral testing aur Wi-Fi configuration (2.4GHz) ki basic understanding.
Vehicle Requirement: Apni 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) aur Valid Driving License hona zaroori hai (Site visits ke liye).
Soft Skills: Clean/Neat work habits, punctual aur polite client handling.
