About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, target-driven, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing business development team.

The candidate will be responsible for B2B client acquisition, face-to-face meetings, presenting company services, building business relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, networking, sales pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across Delhi NCR.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective business clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant services.
• Present company services and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Negotiate commercials, handle objections, and close new business accounts.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurate records of leads and meetings.
• Track follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance to management.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete sales pipeline.
• Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or sales tracking tools is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in B2B Services, Recruitment, HR Services, Staffing, or Manpower Solutions will be preferred.
