Graphic Designer

We are looking for a bold, conceptual Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative ad agency. You will transform strategic briefs into scroll-stopping, memorable visual campaigns across digital, social, print, and video channels. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization: Brainstorm and develop original visual concepts, mood boards, and rough drafts for ad campaigns aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Multi-Platform Design: Design eye-catching assets for digital ads, social media campaigns, print collateral, OOH (out-of-home) billboards, and presentations.
• Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to ensure messaging and visual storytelling align seamlessly.
• Feedback Implementation: Receive and interpret constructive feedback from internal teams and clients, refining designs quickly and professionally.
• Trend Awareness: Keep a close eye on emerging design, pop-culture, and advertising trends to keep our client work fresh and culturally relevant.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience working in a graphic design role, preferably within a creative or digital ad agency.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with layout and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Design Fundamentals: Exceptional command of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing concept-driven design work, campaign thinking, and flawless execution.

Preferred Skills

• Basic working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles or digital formatting for web.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight agency deadlines.
