Job Description
Synergy Innovation is looking for energetic and motivated Junior HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team at Greater Noida West.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
* Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Coordinate candidate interviews.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain candidate and interview records.
* Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Graduate/BBA/MBA/MBA-HR preferred.
* Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
* Comfortable working from office in Greater Noida West.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
