Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom orders based on client preferences (photos, text, QR codes, Spotify links, special memories, etc.).
• Use predefined templates and modify them to fit individual customer needs.
• Create artwork for acrylic frames, memory cards, UV DTF stickers, and personalized products.
• Communicate with the sales/order team to understand customer requirements clearly.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct sizing, resolution, and alignment.
• Coordinate with production/printing team to ensure high-quality output.
• Maintain a catalog of templates and design assets for efficient workflow.
• Ensure all final designs are delivered accurately, timely, and with attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva / CorelDRAW.
• Understanding of print-ready file preparation (CMYK, bleed, DPI).
• Good sense of layout, color combinations, and typography.
• Ability to replicate trending design styles (Spotify frame, Polaroid layout, music posters, mood cards, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders daily.
