Job Description

We are looking for staff to work in a cloud kitchen. The role primarily involves reheating and packing frozen food along with preparing a few fresh food items.

Responsibilities:

  • Reheat frozen food items as per the given SOPs.
  • Prepare and pack orders properly for delivery.
  • Prepare fresh items such as Paratha, Rice, Omelette, Bun Maska, and other basic menu items.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
  • Follow all kitchen SOPs and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and responsibility towards work.
