Job Description

  • Operate manual lathe machines safely and efficiently. This position is not for CNC t\uRning candidates, ONLY FOR KAHARDIYA.
  • Perform operations like:
  • Turning (OD/ID)
  • Facing
  • Thread cutting (internal & external)
  • Knurling
  • Drilling & boring
  • Select proper cutting tools, inserts, and holders

Use measuring instruments:

  • Vernier caliper
  • Micrometer (OD/ID)
  • Dial gauge
  • Thread gauge

Perform in-process inspection

Maintain dimensional accuracy and reduce rejection


Operate manual lathe machine, perform machining operations as per drawing, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient production.
