Job Description

Operate Manual lathe machines safely and efficiently.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.

Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, boring, grooving, and chamfering operations.

Set up workpieces, cutting tools, chucks, and fixtures.

Set machine parameters such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.

Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

Experience in machining industrial machinery components, shafts, bushes, rollers, sleeves, flanges, and precision components will be an advantage
