Job Description

Job location - Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Job timings - 11 am - 8 pm (weekdays), 9 am - 6 pm (Weekends), Monday is the weekly off

Salary - 15k - 20k (per month)


Role Summary

We are seeking a Parent Relationship & Sales Executive to manage parent communication and convert demo sessions into paid admissions. This role owns the parent experience—from first interaction to enrolment and retention. Strong follow-ups and closures are non-negotiable.


Key responsibilities:- 

i.) Handle enquiries and schedule demos/trials.

ii.) Counsel parents on programs, batches, and fees.

iii.) Convert demos into admissions.

iv.) Achieve monthly admission & conversion targets.

v.) Drive renewals, upgrades, and referrals.

vi.) Handle parent queries, feedback, and escalations.

vii.) Coordinate with coaches and operations.

vii.) Maintain CRM, follow-up, and admission records
