Pick Up Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Pickup Executive to manage on-site laptop collections from customer locations. You will act as the face of the company, responsible for traveling to customer doorsteps, inspecting devices, validating technical checklists, and safely transporting laptops back to our central hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Doorstep Collection: Travel to assigned customer locations punctually using GPS navigation.
• Technical Inspection: Power on laptops to verify working condition, inspect for physical damage (scratches, cracks), and match serial numbers against order details.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor, answer basic customer queries, and provide digital or physical collection receipts.
• Secure Packaging: Safely pack laptops in protective tamper-proof bags or transit boxes to prevent damage during transport.
• Data Logging: Update collection status, upload device photos, and log inspection reports in real-time using the company mobile app.
• Safe Logistics: Transport collected devices safely to the designated warehouse or service center daily.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / 12th pass or equivalent.
• Assets: Ownership of a functional smartphone and a valid two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) with a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics/laptops (how to check settings, find serial numbers).
• Navigation: Familiarity with local routes and proficiency in using Google Maps or navigation apps.
• Communication: Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
