Production Executive

Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our metering and fan products through rigorous testing, inspections, and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans for metering and fan products.

- Perform inspections, audits, and testing at various stages (incoming, in-line process, and final) to ensure product quality.

- Identify and analyze non-conformities, including defects and deviations, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues.

- Conduct detailed analyses of product performance to identify potential areas of improvement and to drive continuous improvement in quality standards.

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure the adherence to established quality standards and specifications.

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, testing, and CAPA actions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.

*Requirements:*

- A Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- Strong understanding of quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and audits.

- Experience in analyzing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Knowledge of industry standards related to metering and fan products is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
