Sales Executive

Nexgen Ecom Expert is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers/Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

As a Telecaller/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining our e-commerce and digital marketing services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. You will work closely with the sales and backend teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making outbound calls to business owners and brand representatives, following up with interested prospects, maintaining client records in the CRM, sharing service details through WhatsApp and email, handling customer queries professionally, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence while speaking with clients, good negotiation abilities, and a customer-first approach. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and should be willing to continuously learn about new digital marketing and e-commerce services.
