Job Description

  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and local networking.
  • Identify customers looking for interior design, renovation and turnkey solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits and client meetings.
  • Drive local marketing activities including pamphlet distribution, society activities and carpet-bombing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion and sales targets.
  • Maintain regular reporting of calls, meetings, leads and conversions.
