Sales & Marketing Executive

Garden Glory (India), with over 25 years of experience in premium exotic plants, plant imports and landscaping, is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle B2B wholesale enquiries from nursery owners, plant traders and landscapers.

* Attend customers visiting our Indirapuram nursery and generate retail sales.

* Handle incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and telephone.

* Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.

* Arrange and independently attend landscaping site visits across Delhi NCR.

* Prepare quotations and coordinate order confirmations.

* Follow up on advance payments and outstanding collections.

* Maintain daily enquiry, sales and customer follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.

* Graduate preferred with good Hindi and English communication.

* Strong customer handling, negotiation and sales-closing skills.

* Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp Business knowledge.

* Comfortable with field visits and independent customer meetings.

* Experience in plants, landscaping, real estate, interiors or premium retail preferred.

* Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.

Working Conditions:

* Full-time, based at our Indirapuram farm.

* Six working days, including Sunday, with one weekday off.

* Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.

* Immediate joining preferred.

We are looking for a sales professional who can independently convert enquiries into confirmed business, not someone limited to social-media posting.
