Job Overview--We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our core sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B client acquisition, managing existing customer accounts, handling technical inquiries for HR coils and plates, and closing orders to achieve company sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities---B2B Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact procurement managers, purchase heads, and structural engineers in manufacturing, solar, infrastructure, and heavy fabrication companies.
• Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive customer requirements, analyze technical specifications (grade, thickness, dimensions, density calculations), and issue fast, competitive price quotations.
• Negotiation & Order Closing: Follow up on active inquiries, handle price/payment terms objections, and secure final Purchase Orders (POs).
• Inventory & Order Reconciliation: Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely loading, material weight verification, and invoice/MTC (Test Certificate) dispatch.
• Market Intelligence: Track daily metal market movements (bullish/bearish trends in HR coils and plates) to guide pricing strategies and stock allocation.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with B2B buyers through regular follow-ups, stock availability updates, and prompt sales support.

• Candidate Requirements & Qualifications--
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing (experience in steel, metals, hardware, building materials, or heavy industrial products is highly preferred).
• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of steel products, specifically HR Coils, HR Plates, Mild Steel (MS), and High-Tensile Structural Grades.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (professional WhatsApp and email drafting capabilities required).
• Analytical & Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Excel / Google Sheets (weight calculations, quote preparation, and stock status tracking) and CRM/WhatsApp tools.
• Key Traits: Proactive negotiation skills, target-driven mindset, and ability to handle client follow-ups efficiently.
