Job Description

  • Complaint Management: Track customer complaints from receipt to closure and ensure timely action as per TAT.
  • Service Coordination: Plan and coordinate service engineer visits after confirming site readiness, customer availability and job scope.
  • Spare Parts Coordination: Follow up for spare availability, quotation, dispatch and delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Provide timely updates and coordinate with customers for smooth service execution.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with ASM, Service Engineers, Stores, Project, Sales and other concerned teams.
  • Documentation & MIS: Maintain complaint, service, spare and closure records with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Quotation & Revenue Support: Coordinate service quotations and support paid-service/AMC follow-ups.
  • Escalation & Ownership: Monitor pending cases, escalate delays and ensure closure with proper documentation.
  • ERP/SAP Compliance: Ensure all required service and complaint updates are completed in the system.
