Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview
Sellzy is looking for confident and responsible Telecallers to handle customer and seller communication, order confirmations, follow-ups, support queries, and daily calling operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring orders and customer queries are handled quickly, professionally, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Call customers for COD order confirmation and verification
• Confirm customer name, address, landmark, pincode and order details
• Identify genuine, doubtful, duplicate or incorrect orders
• Follow up on unreachable customers
• Handle basic customer support and order-related queries
• Coordinate with the fulfilment/operations team regarding confirmed orders
• Update call status accurately in the Sellzy system/sheets
• Follow up on NDR / delivery-related cases when assigned
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Meet daily calling and confirmation targets
• Report important customer/order issues to the operations manager
Requirements
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English communication
• Confident and clear speaking ability
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
• Basic computer/Google Sheets knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• Disciplined with attendance and follow-ups
• Previous telecalling, COD confirmation, e-commerce or customer-support experience is preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience with:
• E-commerce
• COD orders
• Order confirmation
• RTO/NDR follow-ups
• Shopify or order-management systems
• Customer support
