Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Explain company products/services clearly to prospective customers.

Identify customer requirements and assess their interest.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and messages.

Update lead details, call status, and follow-up information in the CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads for further conversion.

Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.

Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
