Position: Sales Executive / Sales ManagerJob Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, online enquiries, references, and market visits.
• Handle customer enquiries for brick making machines, block making machines, paver block machines, and related machinery.
• Explain product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and installation/service details to customers.
• Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper customer records and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and service teams for customer requirements.
• Build strong and professional relationships with customers.
• Participate in field visits and business development activities when required.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to achieve monthly targets.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Hindi communication is required; English knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience in machinery, construction equipment, or industrial sales will be preferred.

Experience:0–5 Years
