Job Description

Telecaller – Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities


  • Make 150–200 calls daily to potential customers.
  • Explain our products and basic details.
  • Update customer details in the CRM.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order conversion.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Comfortable making a high number of calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
  • Reliable, punctual, and target-oriented.
  • Telecalling experience is preferred.
