Job Description
StarShield Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, communicating with potential customers, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and business clients.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain product features, applications, and benefits professionally.
- Manage customer enquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Share product catalogues, quotations, and relevant information.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, and sales data.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings and order conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi with working knowledge of English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in telesales, B2B sales, or building materials is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
