About the Role: Wood Capital Advisory Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for Loan Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
- Explain loan products and services to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions
- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, loan sales, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate preferred
Salary & Incentives: Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹22,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 monthly incentive based on performance and target achievement
