Telesales Executive

About the Role:

Tax Sugam Kendra is a Legal & Taxation Services company providing services such as GST Registration, GST Return Filing, ITR Filing, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Tax Consultancy and other business compliance services.

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our services and convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services

• Explain our legal, taxation and business compliance services clearly

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp

• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups

• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets

• Build good relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements:

• Fresher and Experience both Can apply

• Experience in Insurance or Real Estate Sales is also welcome

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Good Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred

• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets

• Confident, energetic and customer-focused personality

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales

• Candidates with experience in Legal & Taxation services will be an added advantage

Important:

Legal or taxation industry experience is not mandatory. Candidates with relevant Insurance, Real Estate or other telesales experience can also apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and performance.
