Job Description
Tender Executive – Govindam Enviro Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Experience Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in GeM tendering
We are hiring a Tender Executive to manage government tenders for municipal equipment and sanitation machinery, from identifying relevant bids to following up on orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Search the GeM portal for relevant tenders and track submission deadlines, corrigenda, and bid status.
- Review eligibility criteria, technical specifications, Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC), and EMD requirements.
- Prepare bid checklists and coordinate with internal teams to collect certificates, authorizations, undertakings, and other supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids on GeM, respond to buyer clarifications, and participate in reverse auctions as required.
- Maintain the company’s GeM seller profile, product listings, and tender records. Track bid results and follow up on purchase orders.
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience preparing and submitting bids on the GeM portal.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF tools.
- Ability to read tender documents in English, check submissions for accuracy, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with municipal equipment, engineering products, or government supply tenders is preferred.
