Job Description
MIG welding machine से components/structures की welding करना।
Engineering drawing और welding symbols को समझकर काम करना।
Welding current, voltage, wire speed और gas flow को सही सेट करना।
Weld joints की quality और appearance check करना।
Welding defects जैसे porosity, undercut, cracks आदि को identify और correct करना।
Welding machine, tools और equipment की basic maintenance करना।
PPE और safety procedures का पालन करना।
Production target और quality standards के अनुसार काम करना।
Required Skills:
MIG welding का practical knowledge
MS/SS fabrication का अनुभव
Drawing reading की basic understanding
Measuring tools का knowledge
Good welding speed और finishing
Safety awareness
